Orders & Shipping

How long until my order ships?
Most items are made-to-order and printed here in New Zealand. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch, then 1–3 business days for North Island delivery, 2–4 for South Island (add 1–2 days for rural addresses). You'll get tracking by email once it's on its way.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?
Not yet — we currently ship within New Zealand only. If you're overseas and want a specific product, get in touch before ordering.

Product & Durability

Will this hold up outdoors / near saltwater?
Yes. Everything is printed in recycled PETG, which handles moisture and knocks well — built for garages, sheds, boats and beach trips, not just indoor use. See Our Materials for more detail.

What sizes are available?
Sizing varies by product — check each product page for exact fit/dimensions. Popular items like the Reel Mount come in two sizes to fit different reel types.

How do I look after it?
Wipe down with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid prolonged direct heat (e.g. a hot car dashboard in summer), which can soften PETG over time.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email setlinesupply@gmail.com. Returns are sent to 8c Brigade Road, Airport Oaks, Auckland. Please don't send anything back without requesting a return first.
